The subjects of my paintings come from my personal experiences. Frequent visits to the New York Botanical Gardens have led me to paint a wide variety of flowers. Vacations in Bermuda and along the coast of Maine have provided subjects for many of my seaside renderings. Other paintings trace their beginnings to demonstrations for students in my classes.
